Alter Eco - Environmental Folk Art

For over five years now Alter Eco - Environmental Art has been a growing part of the environmental community in Toronto and is contributing to the increasing awareness of the necessity of action for the sustainability of the environment and not the 'Second Coming'.

With our art works, jewellery and home accessories from recycled materials, we have had the opportunity and pleasure to meet with thousands of people during this time and are very encouraged by their commitment to action, personally and politically, not only for environmental issues but humanitarian issues as well.
It has been, and continues to be, very inspiring for us and is a constant source of creativity. As you browse this website we hope that you enjoy it, find the information interesting, motivating and in some cases, amusing.

As this site evolves, one issue in particular that we would like to raise awareness of is the Future of Water - 'Blue Gold'...
