Upon receipt
of your order
you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the
total cost including applicable sales tax and shipping, all orders are
pre-paid. Any information is strictly
confidential and will not be made available to third parties for any
purpose. Prices are in
Canadian Dollars
and payable to, John Warren, by
PayPal,
International
Postal
Money Order, Cheque, or
Online
Banking Email transfers. For
conversion to other currencies we will confirm with you the most
current exchange upon order for a period of two weeks.
All

1. Guarantee:
We
guarantee the construction
quality of all sculpture and jewellery. Should any item from this web
site be
deemed defective when you receive your purchase, I will gladly
assist you to remedy the problem.
Every
jewellery piece has
been
designed and constructed, as wearable pieces.
We also can custom size most of the jewellery designs. We use the most
durable
materials/elements and methods possible in order to minimize wear
and tear. However, some designs feature more delicate materials
and require appropriate handling and responsible use. We will
attempt to repair any of our work for as long as they exist.
Some repairs can be done for free, others may involve a charge
for parts and labour. We do not make a profit from repairs.
2.
Shipping:
Your order will be
shipped
within 4 days upon receiving payment. All orders will be shipped
by surface post, unless otherwise requested and terms to be discussed.
3.
Returns:
You may return unused
jewellery
within
seven days of receiving your
purchase for an
even exchange or credit, except for Customer Designed products
which are final sales. Feel free to contact us directly to
discuss your return order and we will help in any way we can. All
packages must be prepaid and insured for your own protection. Returns
and exchanges will be processed expediently
upon receipt. Otherwise we will inform you if there will be any delays.
ABOUT THE MATERIALS AND
CARE
INSTRUCTIONS
It
is important to
understand
that all the materials used are primarily salvaged metal and
as-found
elements and are therefore in an 'as is' condition,
retaining signs
of age or patina/oxidization and so on, then waxed, to protect
the finish. We use thin paste wax, Johnsons floor wax usually,
and suggest an occasional buffing with paper towel. Periodically
a thin coat of paste wax should be reapplied, and buff lightly
with a cloth, to restore the finish.
For
pieces that are originally 'cleaned' (bright or aged, soft
red
appearance), a nice finish can be maintained simply by using
dishwashing liquid and
brushed regularly. For bright
finish, polish, dips
and sonic methods can be used.
